Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

Adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is paramount. Members must stay informed and comply with legal requirements in all aspects of their operations.

Labour Standards:

Uphold fair labour practices, ensuring a safe and respectful working environment. Members should promote diversity, equal opportunity, and fair compensation throughout the supply chain.

Environmental Responsibility:

Strive for sustainability and minimize the environmental impact of operations. Implement practices that promote conservation, waste reduction, and responsible resource management.

Conflict of Interest:

Members must avoid situations that create or may appear to create a conflict of interest. Transparent communication and disclosure of potential conflicts are essential.

Anti-corruption:

Members shall prohibit all forms of corruption, bribery, and unethical practices. Implement and enforce anti-corruption policies to maintain the highest standards of business conduct.

Data Security and Privacy:

Safeguard sensitive information and respect privacy rights. Members must implement robust data security measures and comply with data protection regulations.


Supplier Relationships:

Foster positive and fair relationships with suppliers, treating them with respect and ensuring that their workers are treated fairly. Encourage sustainable and responsible practices within the supply chain.

Social Responsibility:

Contribute to the communities in which they operate, supporting local development initiatives and promoting social responsibility programs that benefit society at large.

Continuous Improvement:

Strive for continuous improvement in ethical practices, regularly reviewing and enhancing policies to reflect evolving standards and best practices within the industry.
