Establish Initial Contact:

We initiate contact with the identified companies through discreet means. Emphasize the confidential nature of the discussions and the intention to explore potential synergies.

Establish Confidentiality Agreement:

Establish a confidentiality agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive information exchanged during the discussions.

Conduct Management Meetings:

Schedule confidential meetings with the target company's leadership, including owners and key executives. During these meetings, discuss the strategic fit, potential synergies, and address any concerns or questions both parties may have.

Request Information for Primary Due Diligence:
